One question that really GRINDS MY GEARS, is why we often prioritize treating others with respect and kindness, yet tend to put ourselves last and self-criticize. It's as if we have a hard time extending that same respect and compassion to ourselves. Why do we consistently put others first and put ourselves down, rather than building ourselves up and practicing self-love?Â
By recognizing this disparity, we can work towards fostering a more supportive and uplifting relationship with ourselves.Â
